The Business Systems Analyst is a service department for all departments within the City of Rome. The department is responsible for software support including but not limited to billing, payroll, accounts payable, parking tickets, and Municipal Court. Training for the various software solutions is provided by the Business Systems Analyst.
Printing and computer operations are also a part of this department. The department works with IT to provide technical support allowing for minimum disruptions in customer service.
Software
There are three major software systems in place supported by this department: MUNIS, INCODE, and T2.
