Rome/Floyd Development Authority
The Rome/Floyd Development Authority (RFCDA) works with new industries to help them move to the community, and with existing industries to expand their operations. The RFCDA owns several publicly-owned industrial parks and markets these properties to companies. Additionally, we are authorized to offer incentives to these companies to help lower their cost while they are investing in the community.
